Development of Market Research to identify opportunities for Brazilian stakeholders (industry and services) through the utilization of European GNSS services and knowledge.
This will include private, academic and government contexts.
Identification of key enablers and entry barriers which might trigger effective cooperation and development focus on solving local challenges.
GIC Brazil makes available to the Brazilian stakeholders the knowledge and experience of the members of the consortium in GNSS technology and applications. It also facilitates direct access to the GSC (Global Navigation Service Centre) information and help desk services.
To identify and foster ways into which local opportunities, stakeholders and human talent may come together.
No endeavour can seek to persist without local committed knowledgeable human talent with the appropriate skills in a variety of aspects: technical, business, regulatory, etc.
This proposal envisions this objective from two perspectives:
1) By establishing the mechanisms to inject GNSS technical content into academic programmes and research groups, mostly at postgraduate level.
2) To partner with key local industry associations to deliver sector oriented specific GNSS training (for instance, GNSS for agriculture, for device design, for transportation, etc.)
Meetings with the main Brazilian institutions will be held by the local GIC representative to establish a good and steady working relationship with the European Union Delegation.
